Before you roll in, sign your waiver, check out what to bring, brush up on the rules of the rink, and dive into our FAQ! Skate rentals are available for sizes Junior 10 through Men’s 15.
ADULT WAIVER
For ages 18 and over. Each adult must complete and
sign their own waiver.
Skate safely and follow rink rules, any unsafe behaviour may result in removal.
YOUTH WAIVER
For ages 17 and under. You can add multiple youth to a single waiver.
Helmets are required for kids under 12. Youth 16 and under must be supervised.

Rules of the rink
Roller skating involves inherent risks. By entering the rink, you agree to skate responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.
Slower skaters stay toward the centre of the rink. Faster skaters skate on the outside.
Hanging on the exterior wall is unsafe and not permitted.
Look left before entering the rink.
When exiting, look over your right shoulder or raise your hand to signal others.
No carrying children while wearing skates.
Shoes or sock feet are not permitted on the rink surface. Emergency exceptions only.
A practice area is available if you would like to warm up before entering the rink.
- Safety Gear is not offered to rent. Helmets must be brought and worn by those 12 years old and younger.
Horseplay or unsafe behaviour will receive one warning.
Continued behaviour may result in removal from the rink, followed by removal from the premises if it continues.
Be considerate of others at all times.
No food, gum, or drinks are permitted on the rink floor.
Personal water bottles are allowed. No outside food or beverages.
Water bottles may be checked. Alcohol is prohibited in the building.
Use garbage cans provided.
Please store personal items neatly under benches or chairs to avoid tripping hazards.
Retro Rollers Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Socks must be worn with rental skates. Socks are available for purchase in the pro shop.
Headphones are not permitted while skating.
All patrons entering the building must pay admission, except one parent or guardian supervising a child.
Anyone under the influence will not be permitted entry.
No smoking or vaping inside the premises.
If you exit and plan to re-enter, please request a wristband. Use designated entrance and exit doors.
Safety is our top priority. Our staff are trained to maintain a clean, supervised environment and are prepared to respond to emergencies to help ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.
FAQ
Everyone entering is required to sign a waiver. You only need to complete it once. After that, you are all set for future visits and will not need to fill it out again.
Yes. Please ensure your wheels are cleaned, and your set up is working properly. We do not rent inline skates as this is a roller rink – where the traditional roller skates are meant to be used primarily. We welcome you to try roller skates, it is a different sport, and not at all the same as inline skating.
ALL SPECTATORS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY ADMISSION
Exception: one parent or guardian watching their child. (Parent or guardian cannot enter rink floor in shoes or sock feet to assist). If Parent or guardian is skating, admission must be paid and waivers signed.
Yes. In and out privileges are available with a wristband. Please ask for a wristband upon entry.
Yes. Lockers are free. You may bring your own lock or purchase one. Locks left on for more than 24 hours without contact will be removed.
Lost and found is located in the rental room.
No. The rink is located on a lower level and is not wheelchair accessible.
No. Strollers are not permitted inside.
The floor is concrete. Hard wheels offer more slide and speed. Softer wheels require more effort and offer more grip.
Yes. There is plenty of free parking in the plaza!
