Order Pick-up

When you place your order select one of the pick-up locations from the shipping drop down menu at the checkout. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please do not go to the pickup location before you are notified as your purchase may not be ready.

We currently have 3 pick-up locations; London, Stratford & Etobicoke

LONDON: at the North London Optimist Community Centre at 1345 Cheapside St. 

Saturday’s 1-4:15pm

Sunday’s 1-4:15pm

Wednesday’s 6pm-9:30pm

These hours coincide with roller skate programming. Orders are sent to this location weekly on Wednesdays

STRATFORD: This is our retail store and teaching studio.  Pick up during retail store hours

Monday – Friday – Closed

Saturday 10am – 5pm

Sunday-Closed

(no public skating here)

ETOBICOKE – Rollerpony (pick up during open hours at the rental counter)

Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: 5pm to 930pm
Wednesday: 5pm to 930pm
Thursday: 5pm to 930pm
Friday: 5pm to Midnight
Saturday: 1pm to Midnight
Sunday: 1pm to 8pm

When your order is processed and ready for pick up you will be contacted by us to arrange for pick-up at one of our two locations. 

– London Pick-up is on Wednesday evening between 6:00pm and 9:30pm and Saturday and Sunday between 1:00pm and 4:15pm.

Orders are brought to London each Wednesday

– Stratford pick-up is during regular business hours (Sunday and Monday’s closed). All orders are prepared here and this is the quickest order fulfillment location. Same day or next day if all items on order are in stock and have no issues.

-Etobicoke, we take orders on Friday evenings.  All orders are brought here on a weekly basis

All orders require proper overall inspection as we believe in quality care for ALL our customers.  If we see an issue with your order, we will promptly contact you with options.
