We strive to provide the best online retail store experience. We love roller skating and we want to help you be the best skater you can be. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it, be in the original undamaged packaging, and have the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase. If any one of the above eligibility conditions are not met then we will be unable to return your item(s).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, or we will exchange it for an item of the same value – any change in product or value will be accounted for and either charged extra, or partially refunded.
You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are eligible for an exchange, the purchaser will pay for cost of shipping before the exchange is shipped back to the purchaser.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returned items
