Shipping Details
Flat Rate Shipping
All rates are shown in Canadian Dollars – Products are purchased with sales tax (HST) from point of origin in Ontario, Canada.
ORDERS received may take 7 business days to be picked, packed and shipped. You WILL receive tracking information once a label has been created. It is VERY important to know that we are not robots. We are a real family business and although we appreciate your support, you will need to understand we are NOT a big corporation, and it may take time to process your order.
It’s also important to know that even though it says “IN STOCK” online, we may have sold it in the store in person. Again, we are a small business and manually manage inventory. This is how we keep costs down. If you are in a rush to receive your order, it will not make the process go faster. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping to Canada
We offer $15 flat rate shipping (per box) to most Canadian addresses. The only exceptions are extremely rural areas where postal services come at a premium.
Shipping to the Other Locations
We will ship all over the world, please contact us for shipping rates before purchasing.
Additional Shipping Charges
We reserve the right to reassess the shipping charges on any order. Typically this only occurs if the order is too heavy or voluminous to fit in a single box, or if the delivery address is too rural to qualify for flat rate shipping. We will contact you with the new charge for authorization.
We normally ship by Canada Post Expedited, or occasionally by an equivalent ground service. We ship all orders from our Stratford location.
Certain items require sizing confirmation. If we are unable to reach you, this can delay your order! Please double-check your contact information before submitting your order.
Back-orders / out of stock items
We will contact you as soon as we are made aware if an item you ordered is out of stock or on back-order at our location or supplier. In order to ship certain items (i.e. skates), we may need to confirm sizing with you. If we are unable to reach you, this may cause a shipping delay. Back-orders (out of stock items) do occasionally happen. You will hear from us right away if anything from your order is out of stock. We will let you know when the item is expected and whether there are any substitutions that we can recommend. You will also always have the following options for backorders:
- Cancel the back-ordered item from the order. We will refund you for the item, and ship the rest of the order immediately.
- Wait for the back-ordered item to come in stock, and have the order shipped then.
- Have all in-stock items on the order ship immediately, and have the back-ordered item ship when it is back in stock. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for multiple/additional shipments. We only offer one flat rate shipping per order, additional shipments are at regular Canada Post rates.
WE SHIP ORDERS FROM STRATFORD ONTARIO TUESDAY-FRIDAY. If you place an order between Friday and Monday, you will see the tracking information in your email in box on Tuesday afternoon.
