Return Policy

We strive to provide the best online retail store experience. We love roller skating and we want to help you be the best skater you can be. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

PLEASE ASK US FOR ASSISTANCE prior to ordering.  Why?  We are happy to help make it right the first time.  Shipping is very costly!  We are real humans, and we answer back as quickly as we can 🙂 

We need to know what is coming back to us and Why – PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM. Why? It’s possible we can solve your issue without unnecessary costs.

PLEASE USE STRONG PACKING TAPE TO SEAL YOUR RETURN BOXES  – We have had returns come back to us in very poor condition due to the boxes breaking open during transport. Use of painters tape, or gift wrapping tape will likely not hold your package closed for the items’ safe return to us.

Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it, not be altered in any way, be in the original undamaged packaging, and have the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with your returned item(s) and a note stating the reason for your return and if you require an exchange.

If any one of the above eligibility conditions are not met then we will be unable to return your item(s).

Please keep any stickers and or notes – that’s yours to keep!

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returned items

Refunds/Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will  notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  Please be patient.  We are real humans and prefer to open received boxes when we can follow up with solutions that will provide you with a great outcome! We might need a couple of days – depending on the present demands of our store/events/classes etc. 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, or we will exchange it for an item of the same value – any change in product or value will be accounted for and either charged extra, or partially refunded. 

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returned items

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are eligible for an exchange, the purchaser (you) will pay for cost of shipping before the exchange is shipped back to the purchaser.

If your item has been rerouted or redirected due to an address error on your part, you are responsible for payment of the reroute/redirection.  Should you desire a refund, the shipping fees incurred by Retro Rollers Inc. will be deducted from your refund.

Re-Stocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returned items.

Non-returnable items
Most items are able to be returned to our store pending the outlined statements above. Items that are non-returnable include but are not exclusively – gift cards, water bottles, candy, and other items  – if you are unsure whether or not your item is returnable please contact us.
